This ‘Narcos’ Artbag is based upon the story of Pablo Escobar who became a billionaire drug legend through the production and distribution of cocaine.
He was violent and corrupt yet had a religious conscience which finally won through. He was able to use his wealth to bolster his political standing and in his later life, Escobar tried to redeem himself by supporting the poor and many educational projects. There were many legal, political, military and civilian entities that found themselves in conflict with this larger than life figure.
This man-bag represents a form of redemption amidst a sea of machismo and past wrongs.
