For teenagers in the 70s, nothing was more desirable to possess than a lava lamp. Unfortunately, concerns over health and safety prevented artist Debra from ever owning her own, but whenever she would go to over to friend’s houses, she would always be transfixed by the amazing colours and fluctuating shapes.
