Terms and Conditions for Commissioned Artbag Purchases

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a commissioned Artbag. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Final Sale Policy
   All sales of commissioned Artbags are final. Due to the handmade, personalized nature of each Artbag, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been placed. Each piece is crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail, and your purchase is unique to your specifications.
2. Replacement Policy for Faults or Repairs
   We stand behind the quality of our Artbags. In the unlikely event that your Artbag arrives with a fault or requires repair, we are committed to resolving the issue. Rather than offering refunds, we will replace the Artbag or, if feasible, provide necessary repairs. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your Artbag if any issues are identified.
3. Handmade, Artisan Production
   Each Artbag is individually crafted by Debra Franses, with time and artistry invested in every piece. Minor variations are part of the creative process, enhancing the uniqueness of your Artbag, and are not considered defects.
